Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, refunds cannot be provided except in cases of technical defects or duplicate purchases.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if returned in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged Products

If a physical item arrives damaged, please contact:

within 14 days of receiving the product.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
